Each bag weights 12 oz. Along with our Filet Vegnon the Söykin Jots  are one of our most popular products. Small strips of Textured Vegetable Protein that has the texture of chicken. Terrific flavor and texture will “Wow” your Vegan family and friends and your carnivore friends will have a double take.

FOR BEST RESULTS – Most of our Textured Vegetable Protein Products we suggest soaking in hot water for 20 mins, our Söykin Jots are best if soaked in hot water for 10 minutes. Drained and rinsed with cold water until cool. Once cool, you will want to carefully squeeze out all the water, be careful because you don’t want to break apart the chunks, but you need to get all the water out. Once dry you can marinate with a bit of soy sauce and sugar, which will give it an incredible umami flavor, they you can add it to any dish.

We find it works best with tacos, stir fry, any casseroles and our favorite, Indian curry. Has at least a 1 year shelf life and is GMO, made with simple ingredients.
